Www 90 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between www 90 ("Company", "us", "platform") and every individual ("Member", "User", "you") who registers for or uses any of the services provided through the website www90.my and its associated mobile applications.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the www 90 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms cover all www 90 products and services, including Sports Betting, online casino, Live Casino, lottery, e-sports, live matches, and all promotions and bonuses offered from time to time.

To be eligible to use the www 90 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age 18 years of age or older on the date of registration and at all times while using the platform.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not designated as a person prohibited or restricted from betting activities by any government authority or court.

• Registering in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Www 90 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the www 90 platform only. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and active email address
• Accurate date of birth

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Never share your username or password with anyone. www 90 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

Www 90 supports a range of popular and secure payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to safeguard your financial data.

For withdrawal, the minimum amount is RM50 and the daily maximum is RM50,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days. Requests submitted outside of office hours may take up to 12 hours.

Www 90 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. This is a standard security measure to protect our members from fraud.

All bets placed on the www 90 platform are subject to the applicable general rules and sport-specific rules. The following are the basic rules every member must understand:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the www 90 system cannot be cancelled by the member except in specific circumstances that are expressly permitted.
• The odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is placed. Any change in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect that bet.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules set by www 90.
• For wagering in-play (live), the outcome is determined by the score at the time the bet is received by the www 90 server, not the time displayed on your screen.
• The minimum bet limit is RM1 and the maximum limits depend on the sport type, market, and the member's account tier.
• Www 90 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous (obvious error) without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the www 90 platform and may result in account suspension or closure without any refund:

• Identity fraud — registering for or using another person's account
• Money laundering — using the www 90 platform to process illicit funds
• System manipulation — using software, bots, or automated algorithms to exploit the platform
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses improperly or through multiple accounts
• Syndicate betting — acting as an agent or representative to place bets on behalf of others
• Internal information — using confidential or non-public information to gain an unfair advantage
• Technical disruption — attempting to disrupt, intrude upon, or damage www 90's IT systems
• Support abuse — providing false information to the customer support team

Www 90 works closely with the relevant authorities and will report any suspected activity involving financial crime or fraud to the appropriate parties without prior notice to the member concerned.

Www 90 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
• Failed identity verification or invalid documents
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid balance will be returned to the member within 7 business days via the original payment method. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, www 90 reserves the right to withhold the balance and void all associated winnings.

Members may also request self-exclusion by contacting the www 90 support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the designated period ends.

Www 90 takes our responsibility to protect members' personal data seriously, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The information you provide during registration and use of the platform is used solely for the following purposes:

• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, www 90 shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or third-party failures beyond our control
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Loss of betting opportunities due to unexpected system disruptions
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence

The maximum total liability of www 90 to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Www 90 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the www 90 platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid balance before the effective date.
